The abbreviations used herein under are as follows:
CCB: Central Counseling Board, RC: Reporting Center, PI: Participating Institute.
The following Options can be exercised by the candidates after the first, second and
third round allotments:
Option-I: Candidates who wish to be considered in the next round for all of their higher
preference choices (i.e. across institutes).
Option-II: Candidates who wish to be considered in the next round for their higher
preference choices only within the Institute allotted to them.
Option-III: Candidates who wish to finalise the seat allotted to them. (In such cases
candidates seat is frozen and will not be allowed to change seat in subsequent rounds, except during internal sliding).
