Story:

Praveen Jayarama Raju alias PJ (Nani) is sole successor for 5000 crores and he expects that money to be inherited by him after he turns major. But his grandfather (Nagineedu) writes a will in which he clearly mentions that PJ has to complete Degree studies in three years to be eligible to get that property. He also puts several clauses and conditions which will be hard for Nani to get through as he is completely against education and uncontrollably arrogant and extremely egoistic. How he completes his under graduation and what changes do he come across sums up the movie.
